New clarification added: Dear Bidders, Please note the below-raised questions and our official responses in connection with the request for quotation, ref. RFQ/2024/52369Question One (01): I hope you are having a great day. We have found a technically and commercially viable solution that is currently in stock. However, the contract states a delivery time of 6-8 weeks to Aden Abdulle International Airport (AAIA) in Mogadishu, Somalia. To save additional costs for the UN, can we ship to a seaport instead? Shipping by sea would take approximately 16-20 days. Please advise if this is acceptable?Answer One (01): We have amended the RFQ to indicate CPT Air Port and Sea Port Mogadishu. In the case of CPT you are free to transport the goods by air or Sea. We will consider a delivery time of 8 to 14 weeks. An Amendment has been made to reflect this. This shall form part of the official solicitation documents. Please be guided accordingly.Thank you.
