Description of the Assignment: UNDP is looking for a National Institution for the assignment : RFQ/2024/014 Supply artificial insemination kits and other necessary equipment.

The “Improving Adaptive Capacity and Risk Management of Rural Communities in Mongolia’’ (shortly named as ADAPT) project funded by the Green Climate Fund was launched in March 2021. The project will be implemented by the Ministry of Environment and Tourism, the Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Light Industry, and the United Nations Development Program for 7 years in 4 project aimags including Dornod, Sukhbaatar, Zavkhan, and Khovd aimags.

Under the 3rd component of the project, aiming to improve the quality and productivity of livestock in the Khovd through support activity of an artificial insemination center in Khovd aimag. Therefore the contracted company will support in the purchase of equipment that meets the requirements specified in the appendix, supply it to the artificial insemination center in Hovd Province, provide detailed instructions on its usage, and organize training sessions if necessary.

Duration of Initial contract: 5 months
