This Scope of Requirements (SOR) defines the requirement of the United Nations Assistance Mission in Iraq (UNAMI) for One time purchase - Supply and Delivery of Medications and vaccines to the UNAMI Compound, IZ, Baghdad, Iraq. Upon receipt of a Purchase Order (PO), the prospective Contractor/s will be required to: a) Sign the PO within 5 Calendar days (CD). b) Supply and deliver all ordered items/quantities at UNAMI Compound, IZ, Baghdad, Iraq (Incoterms 2020 - DAP) within 60 CDs after siging the PO. c) Supporting catalogues, technical data cards, brochures for each offered line item including pictures. (In English language) 2 Statement affirming acceptance and compliance with the UNAMI required technical specifications. d) 70% shelf life at the time of shipment 1.0 For this purpose, UNAMI will undertake a competitive bidding exercise shortly, accordingly would issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) to those companies who would express their interest and provide initial relevant information as to their ability to fulfill UNAMI’s requirement. In addition, the interested Companies will be requested to complete a UNGM Registration at level Basic/1 or above. 2.0 Please note on the following: The solicitation will be based on a detailed Statement of Requirement, UN General Conditions of Contracts and other related documents which will be provided by UNAMI to all companies who respond to this EOI and qualify for the tender. • This EOI is not an invitation to submit a bid/proposal. • UNAMI reserves the right in selecting the invitees for the competitive bidding based on substantial and proven records of performance in the subject field of activities and mere expressing an interest would not automatically warrant for RFP document. • UNAMI reserves the right to reject EOIs received after the above deadline.
