National Competitive Bidding - RFQ for Printing IEC materials

Dear All bidders,

The United Nations Office for Project Services (hereinafter referred to as UNOPS) is pleased to invite prospective bidders to submit a quotation for supply of printing IEC material as mentioned in accordance with the UNOPS General Conditions of Contract and the Schedule of Requirements as set out in this Request for Quotation (RFQ).

The required items are classified into lots as below:
Lot# 1-  Printing Referral Slips 
    Item#1- Printing Referral slips for VMW - 1,450 pad
    Item#2- Printing Referral slips for PPM - 1,000 pads
Lot# 2-  Printing PVC Posters
    Item#1- Printing Integrated VMW Dengue Posters - 800 pcs
    Item#2- Integrated VMW Chikungunya Posters - 800 pcs
    Item#3- Integrated VMW NTDs Posters - 800 pcs
Lot #3- Printing LLIN/LLIHN Forms
    Item#1-LLIN ANC Distribution Forms - 346 pads
    Item#2-LLIN/LLIHN Continue and Repellent forms for VMW - 718 pads
    Item#3-Forest Prevention Pack and Repellent VMW/MMW Forms - 332 pads
    Item#4-Mass Campaign Distribution Booklet - 1,639 pads

Criteria of evaluation - will be done lot by lot

Remark: Women business owner is encouraged to submit quotation.
