LTA FOR CONSTRUCTIONS ENGINEERING SERVICES

UNICEF Haiti Country Office wishes to enter into non-exclusive LTA(s) for the procurement of engineering services, as required from time to time during the term of the LTAs.

The services are divided in 2 lots. Each service is described in detail in the next section 3: “Scope of Works, Activities, Tasks and Deliverables.”

Lot 1: includes the main engineering services which are typical and frequently used in most of UNICEF construction activities:

• Site Assessment
• Design and Technical Documents
• Technical Support to Procurement
• Quality Assurance and Site Supervision

Lot 2: includes all supplementary technical services referring to specialised engineering services that shall be required only for specific construction activities.

• Advanced Topographical Surveys
• Advanced Geotechnical Surveys
• Advanced Building Design Services
• Disaster Resilience Analysis
• Environmental and Social Management
• Drawing Illustrations
