Request for design and layout services
UNICEF Innocenti produces publications for the web and for print. These are required to meet a high standard of quality adherence to the UNICEF style and branding. To ensure that these documents meet UNICEF standards, UNICEF Innocenti requires a designer to design and lay out 32 publications.
Of the 32 products, 23 are in English, 7 are in French, 1 is in Portuguese, and 1 is in Spanish.
The specific services include:
- Creation of graphic assets including charts, tables, data graphics or diagrams for the publications outlined in this TOR using Excel, SVG or EPS files provided by UNICEF Innocenti.
- Layout of a PDF product based on a packaged INDD folder, a ‘template’, provided by UNICEF Innocenti with minor alterations to the template as required.
- Placement of photos provided by UNICEF Innocenti as high-resolution JPGs or as links to a lightbox in WeShare, along with a Word document of the credit information and captions if required.
For each publication, there will be up to three rounds of revisions to incorporate design and proofreading corrections. The final deliverables are a PDF optimized for web publication, packaged INDD files and JPG thumbnails of the covers. For further details please see Annex B - Terms of Reference
