EN FRANÇAIS :‎ L’Office des Nations Unies à Genève (ONUG) souhaite recevoir des manifestations d’intérêt ‎‎‎pour un appel ‎d'offres qu'il a l'intention de lancer pour la fourniture de prestations de maintenance, installation et nettoyage des équipements aérauliques telles que monoblocs de ventilation, système d’extinction de hottes de cuisine, réseaux air neuf, ventilation d’extraction, ventilo-convecteur pour l’Office des Nations Unies à Genève (ONUG), Suisse. Ces maintenances et entretiens auront lieu tout au long de l’année en fonction des besoins des installations et de l’ONUG. Les interventions récurrentes seront planifiées en début d’année. Cet appel d’offres est séparé en six (6) lots : - Lot 1 : Filtration et entretien des monoblocs de ventilation - Lot 2 : Systèmes d’extinction des hottes du grill cafétéria - Lot 3 : Nettoyage des gaines de reprise de la cafétéria - Lot 4 : Système de nettoyage des hottes GINOX O-Mat - Lot 5 : Soupapes et grilles de ventilation diverses - Lot 6 : Travaux de ventilation Le soumissionnaire devra répondre à l’ensemble de ces six (6) lots. Les prestations attendues dans le cadre du marché en objet sont les ‎suivantes :‎ ‎- Maintenance préventive forfaitaire y compris opéation de nettoyage : contrôle et entretien technique (selon les prescriptions du constructeur des équipements) incluant le petit matériel, la main d’œuvre et le déplacement;‎ ‎- Maintenance corrective hors forfait y compris travaux de ventilation (sous forme de devis); - Maintenance préventive et corrective pendant la garantie de parfait achèvement. Une visite obligatoire sur site aura lieu au Palais des Nations.‎ Le but est d'établir un contrat de trois (3) ans avec deux (2) options de prolongation supplémentaires d’une (1) année chacune, soit cinq (5) ans maximum. Veuillez noter que cet appel à manifestation d'intérêt (AMI) ne constitue pas une sollicitation. ‎‎‎Seuls les ‎‎‎fournisseurs considérés ‎comme qualifiés par l'ONUG pour fournir les services requis seront ‎‎‎invités à participer.‎ Toutes les réponses seront traitées de manière strictement confidentielle. ‎************************************************************‎ IN ENGLISH:‎ The United Nations Office at Geneva (UNOG) wishes to receive expressions of interest for an invitation to ‎‎‎‎bid ‎‎it intends to launch for the supply of maintenance, installation and cleaning services for aeraulic equipment such as ventilation monoblocks, kitchen hood extinguishing systems, fresh air networks, extraction ventilation, fan coil units for the United Nations Office at Geneva (UNOG), Switzerland. This maintenance and servicing will take place throughout the year, according to the needs of the installations and of UNOG. Recurrent interventions will be planned at the beginning of the year. This invitation to tender is divided into six (6) lots: - Lot 1: Filtration and maintenance of ventilation monoblocks - Lot 2: Extinguishing systems for cafeteria grill hoods - Lot 3: Cleaning of cafeteria recovery ducts - Batch 4: GINOX O-Mat hood cleaning system - Batch 5: Miscellaneous ventilation valves and grilles - Batch 6: Ventilation work The bidder must respond to all six (6) lots. The services expected under the contract in question are as follows. - Fixed-price preventive maintenance including cleaning operations: technical inspection and servicing (in accordance with equipment manufacturer's specifications), including small parts, labor and travel; - Corrective maintenance not included in the fixed-price package, including ventilation works (subject to quotation); - Preventive and corrective maintenance during the warranty period. A mandatory site visit will take place at the Palais des Nations.‎ The aim is to establish a three (3) year contract with two (2) additional extension options of one (1) year each, for a maximum of five (5) years. Only vendors considered as qualified by ‎‎‎‎UNOG to ‎supply such ‎services will ‎‎be ‎invited to participate. All responses will be treated in strict confidence.
