Interested suppliers must submit their offer directly in the system as instructed in the solicitation document, following the instructions in the available user guide. Ambulances
Bidder's Technical Compliance Form has been updated, please see details:
1. According to the rules set by the State Customs Committee in Azerbaijan, there should be a minimum of EURO 4 standard. Euro 4 and above is suitable.
2. A 4WD (4x4) ambulance is suitable as we mentioned in 1a. The main reason for this is the difficult relief conditions and unfavorable climate.
3. Acceptable length of the vehicle is 4,900 – 5,300 mm. Longer ambulance is not suitable for the operating conditions.
4. Ground clearance can be minimum 230 and maximum 260. Those below 230 are inconvenient for movement in operational areas.
5. It is important that the vehicle engine is in the range of 3,500-5,000. An engine below 3,500 is not suitable.
Kindly note that the deadline has been extended for the negotiation.
