New clarification added: Dear bidders,Please find the below received request/s for clarification with response/s:Question 1:Is it possible to propose one CV for 2 positions in case the expert in question has the required experience (example: one CV for Team Leader and Geotechnical Engineer) ?Where should the HSSE policy be uploaded? In the Document Checklist on the UNOPS platform, there does not seem to be a clear section where it should be uploaded.In the Document Checklist on the UNOPS e-sourcing platform, Schedule 0.7 (Performance Statement) is marked as "Optional". Shouldn't it be mandatory?In the case of a Joint Venture, which documents/forms should be submitted by both JV partners?Response: Bidders are kindly requested to purpose different personnel for each position.Please note that all checklists accept uploading multiple files. Please attach any additional multiple documents to the relevant subject for example under (Schedule 4.3 [Method Statement])It is optional.Relevant documents that can verify compliance to criteria under Eligibility and Qualification criteria. If needed the technical criteria as well. Response: No design of bridges included in this assignment. New clarification added: Dear bidders,Please find the below received request/s for clarification with response/s:Question 1: Why the joint venture is Mandatory. Response: Joint venture is not mandatory. There is a need to have the offeror preston in the country/ location as there is a need to have site visit and data collection, geotechnical investigation , etc. As such for international firms that do not have a presence or team mobilized in Yemen the Joint venture with a local firm shall be required.Question 2:Shall the geotechnical local firm be registered and classified as geotechnical lab, if yes please detail registration and classification papers required? Please confirm the project duration, is it 32 weeks (RFP, page 20) or 28 weeks (RFP, page 21)?The location of the second road (Al Memdara Street.) is not found on Google map, please provide more information and clearer images. Regarding the Anticipated support during the construction of the submitted design, please confirm the expected construction completion date, is it 31 October 2025 or 25 August 2025? (RFP, page 21). Please confirm that the only utilities to be designed and considered are: - Drainage system.- Sewage network.- Street Lighting (solar or grid).Response:Response:No specific requirements concerning the registration of the local firm however, they need to meet the eligibility and qualification criteria. If needed the technical criteria as well. Please refer to the evaluation method in the particulars section.Project duration is 28 weeks. The Terms of Reference document has been updated, please refer to the documents section. It may be difficult to find the location of Al Memdara Street in Google Maps if you search by the name.
