New clarification added: Dear Madam, Sir,Please, find as follows some requests for clarifications regarding the Proposal for the provision of Consultant Services - Supervision of the implementation works in National Historical Museum (EU4C), Tirana, Albania, RFP ref. No. RFP/2024/50377:Question No. 1In section II: Evaluation Method and Criteria, pg. 10 of 37, in the table of Key personnel proposed is requested to be submitted the following documents: (CV, Work Contract, License, where applicable or Diploma of finished education, where license is not required)Regarding the Work Contract, it is mandatory to submit an employment contract or a collaboration contract with each individual/ expert for the supervision in subject is acceptable?Answer No 1: It is not mandatory to submit the Employment or collaboration contracts. Any document that proves the qualification for Key personnel will suffice. Question No. 2Is it acceptable for the bid/proposal security to be submitted by an Insurance Company?Answer No 2. As per Particulars: Bidders shall provide bid security in the form set out in Returnable Bid Schedule 2 – Form of Bid Security (see Section IV).The bid security shall be issued by a Bank/licensed Insurance Company in the amount of EUR 5,000 or in the equivalent in ALL or EUR using the exchange rate of UN on the date of the issuance of the document:http://https://treasury.un.org/operationalrates/OperationalRates.phpThe original of the same bank (or alternatively issued by Insurance company) guarantee document should be presented in a hard copy to UNOPS Question No. 3We cannot find the DRiVE Supplier Sustainability Questionnaire online in E-sourcing.
