New clarification added: Dear All,We have some questions regarding this Poject:Question No -1Reguarding the:RESTORATION AND REINFORCEMENT WORKS 2-Stone masonry works(5, Analize), Structural mortar injections Structural mortar injections is the same with the lime mortar1:3 ?Answer 1: Structural consolidation of the masonryrequired in Item No.6 in 2. Stone Masonry Works, namely "Structural mortarinjections", will be performed through injection of lime mortar 1:3, asgiven in the Albanian language description. Question No -2 Reguarding: Technical specifications On both sides, plastering is done with lime mortar with a thickness of t=3 cm. The steel reinforcement mesh with a diameter of 10mm/30cm on both sides of the masonry, will be galvanized?Answer 2: The steel reinforcement mesh will be galvanized. Question No -3 Expansion of the existing foundation concrete worck are not reflected in BOQ ?Answer3: Yes! Thansk for noting. update the BoQ document, since Omission of Iron concrete works is observed. Please find attached to the Tender amendment Rev 4. Revision of Annex 3 of 08032024_ BoQ _The Restoration of ETHNOGRAPHIC MUSEUM OF DURRES _ MUZEU ETNOGRAFIK DURRËS including Iron Concrete works and volumes under Construction and Restroration works. - Which is the final version of BoQ. Question No -4 The L profile that is in the details in the technical specifications as below will be used in the project? 3.2 Staggering of the foundations in the transverse direction pg 19-20.Technical specifications (A 2 3_2.3.1.1_DD Architectural _TS_EN.)Answer 4: Please disregard the detail of L-shapeCorten profile given in "3.2 Staggering of the foundations in thetransverse direction" in the Technical Specifications, as it is notincluded in the Structural Project and BoQ.Question No-5In the Vendor Submission first section :"Questionnaires" - DRIVE Questionnaire, where is an anex for a Short free text question (max 500 characters), is it mandatory to be filled out ? New amendment added #3: Dear Bidders,Amendment 3 refers to the following revisions:During the Pre-bid meeting on February 19, 2024, the Project Infrastructure team and stakeholders identified issues resulted from an act of vandalism affecting electrical and mechanical minor works. Consequently there is a need for additional items to be included in the Bill of Quantities, provided in Addendum 3 documents (See Annex 3) dated February 27, 2024, available in both Excel and PDF formats. Additionally, supplementary drawings for these portions of the works have been included (Ad 3 .3.11 DD ...)As a result of these modifications, a new, mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for March 6, 2024, at 14:00 Tirana time.Please note that bidders who attended the first pre-bid meeting do not need to attend the new Pre bid meeting.The deadline for tender submission has been extended to March 12, 2024, at 15:00 UTC, and the clarification deadline has been extended to March 8, 2024.Minutes from the Pre-bid meeting held on February 19, 2024, are enclosed for your reference.Thank you for your attention to this matter.Best regards,Procurement TeamUNOPS Albania
