The required machinery shims is a complete kit/set for pump motor alignment application and as specified in BoQ5-item 4.

New clarification added: Question 6: In the technical Questionnaire lot 1: Item No. 6.1 Double Flange Non–Return valves (Swing Check Valve) Size of valve: 600 mm not mentioned in the BOQ, while the BOQ mentioned the Double Flange -gate valves with gearbox size:600 mm.Please clarifyAnswer 6: There was a typo mistake In the technical Questionnaire lot 1: Item No. 6.1 is Double Flange gate valves, the amendment document will be published soon.

New clarification added: Question 5: Referring to the above subject tender, our supplier is pushing to grant them more tilme, they request an additional two weeks, please let's if there is a chance to extend the clossing date till 6-March-2024, please let's know.Answer: Due to the urgebcy of this project, it is not possible to further extend and hope all bidders will be able to submit on the deadline.

New clarification added: Dear Bidders,Please find below the response to your clarifications:Question 1: Regarding the PSMS system in Boq 4 , you mentioned in the item No. 5 that you need erathing system protection for PSMS, but there is no item mentioned that you need also the PSMS system , please clarify?Answer 1: Kindly note that the Instrument and Control Works, are considered as a Pumping station management system, therefore the earthing protection for all items in Bill No.4.Question 2: Since the project is very big and need sourcing so many products we want you to extend it at least 20 daysAnswer 2: The submission deadline is extended to 22.February.2024 @10:00 amQuestion 3: Dear, I want to know whether the meeting was postponed because the existing link did not open?Answer 3: The meeting has been extended to 01-February-2024 @10:00 am Regards,UNOPS Yemen
