Satellite Internet for UNRWA Main Offices in Jordan, Syria, Lebanon, West Bank and Gaza

Before issuing a formal solicitation process, UNRWA would like to understand the satellite broadband technology solutions available that would replace its existing Satellite Wide Area Network (SWAN) technology to enable UNRWA to develop Terms of Reference for the Request for Proposal that will give a clear sense of requirement leading to responsive proposals. The provided responses will not be used as part of an evaluation or short-listing process, but submission of a response will be seen as an indication of a vendor registering an interest in the project and a willingness to work collaboratively on this project and may lead to qualification of vendors to be invited for the next stage – the Request for Proposal.
