New clarification added: Dear Bidders, Please note the below-raised questions and our official responses in connection with the request for quotation, ref. ITB/2023/48971.Question One: We are ready to submit our offer but have discovered on our attempt to do so that there is no facility to submit Returnable Bidding Forms C, D, & E, on the eSourcing website for this tender. Kindly take the remedial action required to update the eSourcing webpage to permit submission of these forms.Answer One: UNOPS has verified it in the eSourcing, and all the forms are correct, and the system does not show any system error.Question Two: Similarly, the submission of FINANCIAL OFFER DETAILS is not currently possible because that TAB is not correctly set up to allow any input.Answer Two: UNOPS has verified it in the eSourcing and all the forms are correct and the system does not show any system error.Question Three: Please ignore the two previous requests, which we withdraw. We have discovered our error and have successfully submitted our offer(s).Answer Three: UNOPS is pleased to learn that the issue has been resolved. This shall form part of the official solicitation documents. Please be guided accordingly.Thank you.
