New clarification added: Question:In the General Requirement Table - Section II: Schedule of Requirement, the Bidder is requested to provide training where Price for each equipment should include Face to Face Training including Theory and Practical to the end user in each delivery site. We notice that there are 16 delivery sites and each include 2 operators and 1 technician. please kindly consider to conduct the training in one place, instead of face to face training in every delivery sites. Which can save cost and improve efficiency for customer's interest.UNOPS reply:The option to gather the trainees for all sites in one place is not feasible taking into consideration the current situation in Yemen. However, the bidder may divide the trainees into groups (at least 2 groups) as long as the bidder bears the incurred costs for the trainees' travel expenses and other related costs. The bidder shall clearly specify in his bid the details of the training modality and arrangements. Also the financial offer should clearly show the training cost as mentioned above.
