Description
  The United Nations Global Service Centre (UNGSC), Brindisi, has a requirement to establish a Local Systems Contract with a duration of three (3) years with the option to be extended for two (2) periods of one (1) year each for the Supply of Airfield/Heliport Portable Lighting Equipment on an “as and when required basis”. The Department of Operational Support (DOS) provides logistic support to the United Nations Peacekeeping Missions throughout the world. DOS operates and maintains various aerodromes/heliports in these missions, which include ground support equipment and air navigation aids. The requirement shall include the following: • Product 1: Runway and Taxiway Edge Light System complete with light units, trailer (charger station), and remote control (estimated quantities for the 5-year contract: 20); • Product 2: Helicopter Landing Light System complete with light units, transport case (charger station), remote control, and foldable pushcart (estimated quantities for the 5-year contract: 30); • Spare Parts for products 1 and 2. Additional contractual tasks to be performed by the selected Bidder shall include, but are not limited to: - Supply all related technical manuals, drawings, and applicable FCC/ICAO/FAA and ISO certifications; - Provision of video instructions/training (online and/or USB pen drive); - Shipment arrangement in accordance with the requested INCOTERMS, as per tender requirements; - After-sales support and Warranty Services, as per tender requirements. The delivery terms and time for this requirement shall be: • DAP UNGSC, Brindisi, Italy, within a maximum of 14 weeks. • FCA, to Manufacture’s nearest port of exit identified by the Vendor, within a maximum of 12 weeks. This REOI does not constitute a solicitation. The UNGSC reserves the right to change or cancel the requirements at any time during the REOI and solicitation process. Thus, submitting a reply to this REOI does not automatically guarantee that your company will be considered for receipt of the solicitation documents when issued.
