The United Nations Office at Vienna (UNOV) anticipates to launch in the near future an Invitation to Bid on behalf of specialized agencies of the United Nations in Vienna, all based at the Vienna International Centre (VIC) Wagramerstrasse 5, 1400 Vienna , Austria, for the service of expedition of Mail Services (International Mail, Bulk Mail and Courier Services) and Diplomatic Pouch Services for an initial period of three years with an option to extend for two additional one year periods. The detailed Statement of Work will be communicated to Interested Companies via the tendering documents.
