Terms of Reference (summary):

 The International Trade Centre- Poor Communities and Trade Programme is implementing the Ethical Fashion Initiative, aimed at establishing export markets based on a sustainable supply chain for ethical fashion and lifestyle products supplied by micro entrepreneurs. The Ethical Fashion Initiative connects micro producers with international buyers through an innovative business model, which enables fashion houses and distributors (in the USA, in Europe, in Australia and in Japan) to develop products in and source them from Africa. Through a mix of activities of product development, marketing and communication, the program develops supply chain linkages with potential buyers to develop the features of a partnership aimed at developing possible collections (and the related marketing tools, such as photos, videos, texts about impact and so on) in Africa.

Therefore ITC is seeking a company to provide product and market development services for luxury goods in fashion and lifestyle products to be sold in the US market.

In support of this project, ITC is seeking expression of interest from experienced vendors.
