MONUSCO intends to enter into a non-exclusive catering services Contract for an initial period of one (I) year with the option of extensions for two (2) additional one (I) year periods, subject to extension of ESB's mandate and satisfactory performance of the Contractor.The Contractors are expected to serve different catering styles, including European, Indian, Turkish, Middle Eastern, Chinese, Thai, Mexican etc. All meals, beverages and snacks sold through the catering services Contract shall be priced competitively and advantageously, taking into consideration the free-of-charge premises, electricity and water provided by MONUSCO. The cafeteria services shall include, but not limited. to: - Provision of breakfast and lunch in the cafeteria, official functions, food delivery within the ESB - Provision of cafeteria services through various styles (i.e. buffet, Ia carte menu snacks, coffee,sandwiches etc.) based on "as and when required"
