National Expert for PCM Training and Mentoring Support - SDG2

Description of the Assignment:  The Expert is expected to contribute to implementation of the local development strategies by helping 3 Cantons in FBiH ( Tuzla Canton, Una-Sana Canton and West Herzegovina Canton -Cluster 1) to identify project ideas and developing them into ready-made project proposals that are aligned with the SDG Framework that meaningfully contribute to localisation and implementation of SDGs on local level.

The Expert is expected to adjust the existing PCM training programme so as to reflect the existing funding opportunities for teh Cantons. The training will be delivered to the Cantons along with technical support in designing rational frameworks for all identified priority projects from development strategies (up to 3 projects per LG). Out of 3 identified project, maximum 2 project ideas will receive additional technical support and will be designed to fully fledged project proposals. .

Period of assignment/services: May 2023 - November 2023 (up to 32 working days)
