LONG TERM AGREEMENT FOR HOTEL ACCOMMODATION & CONFERENCING SERVICES

Long Term Agreement (LTA), with hotels for accommodation and conferencing services.
Hotels Located in Tunis, Hammamet, Sousse, Mahdia, Tabarka, Le Kef, Kairouan , Zarzis , Djerba, Tozeur, Gafsa, Sfax  

Background:

The United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) Office in Tunisia is currently exploring the possibility of engaging with multiple hotels on a recurrent basis. To do so, UNICEF intends to enter into Multiple Vendor Long Term Agreements (LTAs) with hotels in listed cities in Tunisia. These LTAs will be for a period of two years, renewable upon expiration. UNICEF requires these LTAs for the provision of certain services (hereinafter referred to as “services”) in Tunisia.:

a)         Meeting / conference rooms including facilities
b)         Catering services for meetings
c)         Room Accommodation and concierge service (long- and short term stay)

Scope of work:

As per Bill of Quantities (BoQ).

Lot   1:  Room accommodation/ Apartment Hotel

Lot 2: Conference Rooms and Conference Related equipment and Catering

Bidder can submit for lot 1 alone or Lot 2 .

Deliverables and Schedules:

Provide accommodation and conferencing services.

Responsibilities

-The hotels must have 24-hour uninterrupted electricity system.

-The hotel should assign a contract manager as focal point to deal with UNICEF on all matters concerning the management of the LTA.

-The name of the contact person must be stated in the response to this ToR.

Timing:

2023 – (2) two years extendable up to 1 year

Profile Requirements:

The service provider should have the qualifications and experience as per the attached annexes.

Les propositions doivent être reçues à l'adresse ci-dessus au plus tard à 17h00 (heure de Tunis) le 17 April 2023 et seront ouvertes à 11h00 (heure de Tunis) le 18 April 2023.
