RFP 2023.02 - Review and Development of Unitaid’s New Website and Ongoing Web Support

Objective of the consultancy:

The purpose of this RFP is to seek qualified Contractor to provide website development and administration services. In coordination with Unitaid focal point, the Contractor will review the current website, develop and deliver a new website with improved functionality, as well as provide regular website support and maintenance.

Qualification of Firm and Consultants:

The Contractor shall be operating in the field of website development and administration with proven expertise in website management. The Contractor must have excellent knowledge and extensive experience of visual branding, web development (including web design), digital communication and interactive social media (how social media works) and expected to assemble a team that can support the work described above, with sufficient project management oversight and level of seniority.

The proposed team shall have proven expertise in the following:

• Extensive website administration and website development experience, including following website design best-practices and security measures.

• Proven track-record of successfully delivering web projects using various web technologies.

• Excellent knowledge of English and preferably a good working knowledge of French and other UN languages.

• Ability to demonstrate creative and original input in the website development and overall service delivery.

• Experience of working with WHO/Unitaid, or other similar public health actors or UN agencies or international organizations is desirable.

• Experience and expertise in corporate positioning is desirable.

• Ability to work flexibly in an iterative process to very tight deadlines.

Bidders are invited to submit a proposal for the above mentioned Request for Proposal in accordance to the documents attached in the "Tender Document" tab.

Proposals must be submitted via UNGM, through the “RFP documents” tab and upload documents in “My Tender Return” no later than 28 March 2023 at 17:00 hours, Geneva, Switzerland time.
