RFQ/2023/45141:Question 1: Under point 3.7 (Key Personnel Requirements) in the RFQ please clarify how many geotechnical and surveyor to be includedAnswer: Please note that, Key Personnel Requirements related to the Core team, but if the works need more people or personnel, no objection within the leading of the Key Personnel and priced as one position.Question 2: Can you please clarify the study area on a map showing all of the urban, and rural (if any) areas to be included in the study areaAnswer:Please refer to file TOR_ _Sa'ada Sanitation Project, the bidder should figure out and survey all expansion area which could be served by gravity network, it is required to review and update the previous environmental and social studiesQuestion 3: If the study shows that a boundary area (on the border of the study area) can be served by a separate smaller Wastewater Treatment plant to be more feasible rather than using a transmission line to the main wastewater treat plant, would the new smaller be included in a VO later? RFQ/2023/45141:Question 1: the preparation of Tender Documents for WWTP, please advise which FIDIC Book the consultant needs to apply (ie. Red Book, Gold Book ...etc.). ? Answer: Please note UNOPS use CONSULTANT SERVICES CONTRACT FOR WORKS. Red Book.Question 2: Dispute details takes no. 0.10 in p.15 in section 6 returnable schedules in the downloaded attached documents while in the submission through e-sourcing system takes no. 0.6- in p.18 in section 6 returnable schedules in schedule 4 : 4.1 (fees description) will be included in the financial offer Answer: Dispute details is under scheduel no# 0.10. Answer: : As per the stated criterion in the tender “The firm must hire or have in place women employees that should constitute at minimum 10% of the company’s overall workforce preferably in the key personnel for this contract or a contract representative. The contractor must submit the company organogram with clear indication of the job titles/portfolio that they hold in the company. The job description and CVs for the women employees shall be submitted along with the bid, these employees must be in place at the time of submitting the offers and preferably have permanent employment with the company.” Bidders must have 10% of females either in this contract or in the overall organization. Answer: Please note that the geotechnical test will be acceptable from an authorized lab.Question 2: it's understood that submission will only be UNOPS e SOURCING, and only the documents mentioned in the vendor submission window here are to be submitted (not all of the returnable schedules are required). please confirm the two statements. Answer:Please note no submission will be accepted except U|NOPS eScouring and each window in the eSourcing allows you to upload more than one documentQuestion 3: it's requested to submit a signed copy of Schedule 4.9 as the Insurance Details and Insurances, where the Insurance Details and Insurances are mentioned as 4.8 in section vi of the RFP, Answer: Please note insurance details is in schedule 4.8This shall form part of the official solicitation documents.
