Provision of the Electronic Security System (ESS) for UNMISS, Southern Sudan

1. The UNPD Regional Procurement Office (RPO), on behalf of UNMISS Southern Sudan hereby invites qualified Contractors from all countries to submit their expression of Interest for the provision of the Electronic Security System (ESS) for UNMISS, Southern Sudan 2. Provide new Electronic Security Systems (ESS), including associated equipment and appurtenances. The design of the ESS shall include devices and equipment used to detect intrusion, generate reports, provide surveillance and annunciate alarms. The ESS shall be designed to provide operational flexibility and reliable performance. The ESS shall be modular, allowing for future incremental expansion or modification of inputs, outputs, and remote control stations. Integrated system capabilities shall include but not limited to Intrusion Detection, Automated Access Control, CCTV and Photo Badge Identification. Each system shall be complete and ready for operation and provide for a fully integrated central station solution. 3. The Contractor shall provide design and construction services and contract coordination and supervision, including but not limited to the management, professional design services and construction necessary to meet the requirement of this contract within the established schedule. 4.Discription of the locartions. a) Juba 3: which has is approximately 1048.96 m by 1211.37 m land area, b) Log Base:which is approximately 700 m by 450 m land area.
