Description

Scope of Work

Under the general supervision and guidance of the UNICEF Indonesia, the recruited agency is required to prepare:

  1. Digital Campaign Preparation & Implementation
  • Refine campaign strategy based on the existing brief and UNICEF’s style and brand guideline
  • Develop varieties of communication assets to support P-OCSEA, which may include:
    • Video series on P-OCSEA aimed at parents, teachers, students and other youth.
    • Comics or other entertainment education materials on P-OCSEA
    • Key visuals/style for P-OCSEA campaign
  • Develop strategic and sustainable plan, budget, and relevant logistics needed for the content activation and challenge for a one-month period 
  • Prepare checklist with responsible persons for required materials and actions to be taken
  • Conduct social media challenge as planned
  1. Workshop(s) implementation

Prepare and implement workshops for young people on P-OCSEA, using the modalities deemed suitable according to need and situations. The agency is expected to be able to conduct two types of workshops:

  1. Online workshop:
  • Determine the most appropriate platform for a digital event with young people (optimizing workshop virtual “room” spaces and setting up software/platform/space to maximize interaction with young people)

Provide technical and digital support for the virtual workshop (breakout rooms, livestream, recording, Prepare e-posters, twinborn frame, announcement, and other relevant assets for event promotion in social media)

  • Liaise and confirm attendance of:
    • participants from list provided by UNICEF Indonesia
    • speakers, facilitators, co-facilitators assigned by UNICEF
    • sign language interpreter/subtitle writer as needed
    • young journalists to join the conference
  • Arrange and execute needed procurements, such as provision of note taker, sign language interpreter, and other things as required as per UNICEF regulations
  • Prepare and distribute e-certificates for speakers, facilitators, co-facilitators, and participants
  • Prepare payment for facilitators, co-facilitators, sign language interpreters/subtitle writers
  • Documenting activities through photography, video, and human-interest stories
  • Compile submissions of project proposal
  • Prepare and disburse seed-funding selected projects
  1. Offline workshop:
  • Prepare the venue, stage, banner, decoration, seating, event catering are ready for the workshop
  • Arrange travel subsidies for selected participants and speakers at the offline workshop
  • Develop report of the events:
    • Create link to the repository of all documents produced for the event in user-friendly format (google-drive, etc.)
    • Documenting activities through photography, video, and human-interest stories
    • Provide a report on the organization of the workshop.
