LRPS-2022-9179189 F2F Training Videos
UNICEF East Asia and Pacific Regional (EAPRO) office has now issued a Request for Proposals in reference to LRPS-2022-9179189 to seek a qualified video production company in the development and production of training videos.
Background
In June 2022, to facilitate the integration of the new universal standards to all fundraising offices, the Individual Giving team released a Quality Management System [QMS] Toolkit to support quality donor acquisition. This toolkit is specifically to help key Country Offices in the region with high volume F2F acquisition targets that will remain high for the foreseeable future as work continues to develop and grow digital acquisition. The Toolkit is a keystone in knowledge management practice for dialogue fundraising as it defines the knowledge required to deliver an optimal donor experience to deliver on strategic goals.
The QMS establishes a high volume of both skills and knowledge for markets to master. This makes the learning journey challenging, both for fundraisers, and for managers to be able to teach their fundraisers the required knowledge. We aim to significantly reduce this challenge by supporting markets with video content about each skill set and area of knowledge.
Early in 2022, the Regional F2F Specialist conducted a regional survey to some managers and fundraisers to assess how the best learn and how they would want to receive skills and knowledge training. Of note, 73% selected video training as the best method to learn and video content on skill sharing was a clear preference to receive any skills training. Therefore, with fundraisers and managers as the audience of this content the project stands to have a significant uptake which will directly positively impact the donor experience delivered by UNICEF fundraisers in the region.
Objectives, Purpose & Expected results
To ensure high-quality output, UNICEF EAPRO seek a qualified video production company in the development and production of training videos.
The objective of the assignment is to ensure every skill and area of knowledge isolated and highlighted as a need to comply with the F2F Global Code of Conduct and the UNICEF Guidance on F2F has a supporting training video. The videos will be hosted on Agora, UNICEF’s online training platform, which allows both UNICEF employed fundraisers and fundraisers at agencies to access the platform and complete training without UNICEF email accounts maximizing audience reach. Furthermore, Agora allows us to track the compliance and progress of training in each market meaning we will have a system and a platform to manage training of F2F core skills regionally.
Location and Duration
• The services can be provided remotely in coordination with the UNICEF Regional F2F Team in Bangkok, Thailand
• No travel is expected under this assignment
• Estimated duration is 8 months between December 2022 and July 2023
