Request for Expression of Interest (EoI) Construction of Plant Houses for Oxygen Generating Plants at Tissamaharama, Udugama, Avissawella and Kegalle hospital premises

UNICEF, Sri Lanka Country Office invites qualified and experienced institutions to submit their EoIs with the below mentioned details /documents in electronic form.

1. The company should be an active construction organization with minimum 8 years of experience. Provide a certified copy of valid business registration with organogram & company brochure

2. Company must   have CIDA C 4 or above grading for building construction. Provide a certified copy of valid CIDA registration.

3. The company should engage following key management and technical staff. Team Leader with minimum 10 years of experience. 4 Resident Engineers, 1 MEP Engineer, 1 Quantity Surveyor, 4 Senior Technical Officers, 4 Foremen, each having minimum 5 years’ experience. Please provide details of academic, professional qualifications and experience of above personnel along with their CVs

4. Give details of completed building projects (cost above 120 million LKR) within the last 5 years with proof. (Client’s name & contact details, cost, start date, finish date, any references from client/consultant).

5. Give details of projects in hand (cost above 120 million LKR) as of now, with proof.

6. Audited financial statements for the past 3 years.

7. Details of credit facilities & working capital.

• We DO NOT require prices at this stage, and we merely seek your expression of interest in participating in the bid.

• A response to this Request for Expression of Interest does not automatically ensure that you will be selected for Request for Proposal. The evidence/ documents provided by the company will be used to shortlist firms, which fulfil the requirements of the criteria. After careful review of the evidence provided an invitation for bid will he sent respectively, hence please submit all relevant documents along with the EOI.
