Subject: EXTENSION OF BID CLOSING -Tender for the procurement of UNICEF's Recreation kits (Ready-made)
To all interested bidders;
This is kindly to inform you that the closing date and time of the subject Request for Proposal (RFP) has been extended to 15 November 2022 Tuesday, 18:00 hrs (Ankara time).
Following points are added to the bid document, under Special Notes:
- Bidders are not requested to submit samples together with their proposals. However, they must prepare their samples in advance, so that they could be able to deliver their samples within 3 working days in case they are shortlisted for sample evaluation.
- UNICEF may conduct factory inspection in manufacturers premises of shortlisted bidders. Premises should be ready for inspection anytime within 1 working day of notice.
All other terms of the RFP is valid.

Bid conference notes as bid questions and answers will be shared separately.

**Please note that this tender is open for companies which are legally registered in Turkey or companies who have legal presence in Turkey. Please note that applications of companies which do not have legal presence in Turkey will be disqualified.
UNICEF Turkey Country Office invites your company to submit an offer for the attached Request for Proposal for Goods. The Proposals must be received at the below address by latest 31 October 2022, Monday, at or before 14:00p.m. (Ankara, Turkey time). Proposals received after the stipulated date and time will be invalidated.
*Full proposals must be submitted in ENGLISH and must be received not later than the closure date and time as duly signed, stamped and dated.
Bidders are requested to send electronic version of their proposals by email as duly signed &stamped pdf documents to (turkeyprocurement@unicef.org) in two (2) separate emails with the tender reference in their email subjects. Proposals should not be uploaded to any type of cloud/sharing platforms. The submission documents should be sent as email attachments. If e-mail attachment capacity is insufficient for a single technical proposal, bidders may divide it into several e-mails by indicating them with proper numbering (e.g. technical proposal part 1, part 2 etc.)

***A face-to-face bid conference will be held on [27 September 2022, Tuesday] at [ANKARA, in a venue nearby UNICEF Office – exact location will be shared with the bidders that notify their interest by writing to: turkeyprocurement@unicef.org]. Bid conference participation is limited to maximum 3 (three) persons per bidder company. It is strongly advised for bidders to ensure the participation of their in-house quality assurance professional to represent their companies concerning the agenda related to quality assurance. The registry for the pre-bid conference should be submitted to UNICEF by 22nd September 2022, Thursday closure of business, by sending email to turkeyprocurement@unicef.org .
