New clarification added: Dear Bidder,Thanks for the clarification email, Please see the below answers,Thank You,Dear Sir/Madam, With Due Regards, please kindly give us more clarification for the following issues 0.2 JOINT VENTURE/CONSORTIUM/ASSOCIATION INFORMATION FORM, if we have no joint venture, is it necessary to sign and stamp this form? Answer - if any bidder wants to apply as single bidder, they can only mention in 0.2 Joint Venture / Consortium / Association Information Form as (no JV partner),0.4 Performance Statement, if we have for example 10 similar projects, is it necessary to list all using Performance Statement form? - Answer: - the bidder shall fill the Returnable Bid Schedule 0.3.1- Previous experience Form: Construction of at least one [1] similar (both in terms of scope and value) works contract as a prime contractor that was executed successfully in Afghanistan during the last Five [5] years. The Bidder shall fill out the RBS 0.3.1 and attach evidence of such experience in the form of Work Award Order, Completion Certificate or any other legal document proving the bidder’s involvement in the referenced project and pictures of the completed contract.Best Wishes

New clarification added: Dear bidder,Reponse to you question is provided as follows;01. As per the government rule if a worker wage goes more than 5000 AFN per month we should deduct the taxes and pay directly to the government, so what about the deduction of these taxes? we shall deduct or add with our offer?Answer: UNOPS will not pay any money for taxes and will not be charged on labor wages. It is the contractor's responsibility to assure themselves from all the expenses and consider them in bid items.02. As per the normal rule we provide food and entertainment for workers, ( tea and lunch), shall we add these costs or we shall not provide them food and tea? as we have already worked in the same location for implementation of CIP gravel road project in the same site.Answer: The item No. 1314.01A and 1314.01B is for labor wages only. If the bidders would like to arrange the tea and lunch facilities for the laborers, UNOPS will not pay any extra money for that.03. Health and Safety (PPE), if we need to provide the PPE, should we consider the charges on labour wages or its not required?Answer: The item No. 1314.01A and 1314.01B is for labor wages only. For the provision of PPE and other Safety, Social and Environmental aspects, a specific item (1116j) exists in the BOQ under the name of "Environment and Social Management" and the contractor shall consider those expenses under that item.best regards,
