Description
This is a re-tendering exercise of ITB 108158 issued in December 2020. The Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO), as part of its assistance to countries to develop sustainable, safe and secure food production, has a programme to support the reduction of risk from unwanted and obsolete pesticides and pesticide contaminated materials. Within such context, FAO has been requested to support the Safeguarding and disposal of pesticide contaminated soil located at two sites in Mozambique, Lot 1: Matola Waste Station (441 tonnes) and Lot 2: Muziva Site Hotspot A (342 tonnes), to a national landfill site registered in Mozambique for the disposal of hazardous wastes. Bidders may quote for any one or both lots. In order to participate in this tender and download the tender documents and upload your offer, you need to have the UNGM Basic Registration with FAO. Further instructions on how to access FAO tender documents on UNGM are attached herewith. If you require any assistance with your registration on UNGM, please contact UNGM team using the Help button on the web site www.ungm.org. OFFERS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED THROUGH THE UNGM PORTAL.
