New clarification added: Dear UNOPS Procurement Section,under the delivery time you are requesting 5 week delivery after contract signature. At the moment, as you may know, there is a still huge chip shortage around the world which causes sufficient delays in most industries, especially IT.Latest information from our manufacturer says that the production of Build To Order Servers, like the ones you are requesting, takes approximately 8-12 Weeks from order placement. Including the travel time, customs clearance procedures and calculating the unforseeable risks of transportation vehichle malfunction the rought and fair estimate would be 10-15 Weeks after contract signature.Taking into account above mentioned circumstance we kindly ask you to extend delivery time requirement for additional 10 weeks.Dear Sir,Taking into consideration your request for the extension of the delivery period of these ICT Equipment, I am pleased to info you that the delivery period has been extended to 12 Weeks from contract signature. Therefore, evaluation will be based on the 12 weeks delivery period with DAP Incoterm 2020.Thanks and wish you all the best.
