Provision of Building Maintenance and Operation Support Services for ESCAP, Bangkok

The United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP) in Bangkok, Thailand, is seeking a qualified company who is able to fulfill building maintenance and operation support services with trained personnel in the following five (5) areas: (a) Mechanical maintenance services; (b) Electrical maintenance services; (c) Building fabric maintenance services; (d) Facilities shift operation services; and, (e) Caretaker attendants services. Description of services: The scope of services includes the provision of qualified and trained personnel to provide building maintenance and operations support services at ESCAP premises in Bangkok, Thailand, including the supply of necessary tools/equipment required for the performance of services. Location of ESCAP premises: The UN Building, Rajadamnern Nok Avenue, Bangkok 10200 Thailand. Contract Duration: The contract shall have an initial period of three (3) years, with two (2) extension options of one (1) year each, totalling at five (5) years. An extension of the contract shall be at ESCAP’s sole discretion and shall also be subject to budgetary appropriations, contractor’s performance, and contractual personnel’s performances. Vendors are advised that this EOI does not constitute a solicitation. ESCAP reserves the right to change or cancel this requirement at any time during the EOI and/or solicitation process.
