The International Telecommunication Union (hereinafter referred to as "ITU") issues the present Invitation to Bid (ITB) for remote and on-site software consultancy services supporting SAP produc­tion environment.

With this ITB ITU intends to engage, in accordance with its rules and procedures, a service provider to perform and provide all requirements specified in the Statement of Work of the present ITB.

ITU seeks to enter into a Long Term Agreement (LTA) with one qualified service provider. The LTA is intended for an initial three (3) year period with the possibility of one two (2) year extension at the discretion of ITU.

This ITB will be administered by the ITU Procurement Division. Therefore, bidders requiring any clarifica­tion about the ITB documents, or the tender process itself, shall submit their queries in writing by letter, fax or e-mail to the following address:

Only those queries received in writing, as well as ITU’s relevant written replies, will be considered as an integral part of this ITB and will therefore be taken into consideration in the subsequent evalua­tion process. All queries duly received, as well as the related ITU responses, will be published on the UNGM website (www.ungm.org), without mention of the question’s source.

Deadline for submission of queries is Monday 23 April 2012 (12h00 Geneva time).

Deadline for submission of bids is Thursday 10 May 2012 (16h00 Geneva time).

Bids shall be valid until a contract is signed with the ITU.
