New clarification added: Dear Bidders,Please find below UNOPS response to Bidder's clarificationQuestion: The chassis and engine can be provided only when the car will enter Israel. and that could take 4-12 month. That's why the price may change.UNOPS Response: It should not be an issue to receive the chassis and engine numbers after the vehicle enters Israel. As for changing the price, Bidder's price offer must not be subject to any changes when the vehicle enters Israel, and in the event of contract award, the selected Bidder shall honor and keep their prices fixed as indicated in their submitted financial offer because the Bids evaluation will be based on determining the bidder who submits the Lowest-priced, substantially compliant offer. Therefore, it is the responsibility of Bidders to take the required measures so that their prices remain fixed. Best regards
