Lease of Office Space in Mesetas, Colombia

The United Nations Verification Mission in Colombia (UNVMC) is seeking to identify available office space in Mesetas, Colombia to enter into a lease contract for an initial term of one (1), with four (4) optional one-year term extensions. The premises should include the following general considerations: - Accommodate six (6) staff - Include two (2) parking spaces (can be external) - Area range of 100 square meters to 120 square meters - Minimum two (2) bathrooms (Men and women bathrooms in separated areas) - The premises should have at least a small kitchen/cafeteria area - Utilities should be included in the monthly cost as a reimbursement amount. - Premises close to municipality offices will be desirable - The layout/floor plan of the premises will be requested to be attached to the proposal - Facilities maintenance should be considered in the proposal.
