REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL: No. RFP/HCR/SYR/22/05 FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A SERVICE CONTRACT FOR THE PROVISION OF THIRD-PARTY MONITORING SERVICES

The office of the United Nations High Commissioner Refugees (UNHCR) in Syria invites interested qualified companies to make a firm offer for the establishment of a service contract for the provision of third-party monitoring services.

All interested vendors may request the bidding documents (RFP) from khalilah@unhcr.org by a formal request to UNHCR on or before 09 Feb 2022. The email request must include the tender reference number in the subject line.

Offers should be submitted by Email or tender box according to the guidelines set forth in part 2 of the tender documents.

2- Submission Modality : Only by email due to COVID-19 and to be submitted to the following email as mentioned in the cover letter page #6 : SYRQASUP@UNHCR.ORG
3- Following changes (additional requirement) added to Annex A – Terms of Reference -Annex A:
• Page 2 -item 3- Provision of community service: in addition to the items mentioned under this paragraph in Annex A such as MIKA, GIKA, the additional items is dignity kits
B)- All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
