Description
WIPO is looking for the services of an external service provider with PeopleSoft HCM and Human Resources business experience and knowledge to lead its HR project and transfer their expertise to in-house resources who will eventually support the system. The service provider is expected to deliver the following, among other things:

- A working PeopleSoft HR solution starting with Core HR processes and Global Payroll and then potentially continuing with other HR functionalities.

- A learning program that will enable users to use the delivered solution

- A technological application architecture that includes hardware and hosting services required to support the solution and ensure performance and continuity of services.

- A communication strategy, plan and tools to inform project stakeholders (change management) and interested parties. (remove)

- Governance support materials using PRINCE2 methodology (plans, strategies, reports, registers, etc). (remove)
