CALL FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI)

Important: The purpose of this call for EOI is to identify appropriate suppliers who can potentially fulfill the requirements. The present call for EOI does not constitute an invitation to tender. Only suppliers deemed qualified by ITC will receive the invitation to tender.

Terms of Reference (summary):

 

ITC is intend to issue a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the development of a data processing application to support ITC’s Benchmarking programme.

 

The application will be centred on a core Trade Support Institution’s (TSI) evaluation module, which will analyse input data and provide benchmarking statistics and reports. The successful supplier must provide a firm, fixed price proposal for the development, hosting and support of an application that will cover ITC’s requirements for the Benchmarking application and its ongoing maintenance.

The supplier will be required to develop software for:

  1. A Microsoft .NET application to be built in or be presented through ITC’s Ektron CMS 400 Content Management System.
  2. The creation and management of Benchmarking documents; The creation and management of reports; User management; Basic document management; The generation of and access to offline benchmarking documents.
  3. The software Interfaces with ITC’s single sign on system and its CRM instance (Dynamics CRM).

Only those companies who can demonstrate experience with Ektron web content management system, including integration, with a strong commitment to respect practices for the profession, strict confidentiality of the process, including the UN Supplier Code of Conduct, should express their interest. Prior working experience with the UN system is an advantage.
