UPU - FITAF - Technical Assistance Consultancy to assist Cambodia Post develop a digital financial services (DFS) strategy

The UPU wishes to support Cambodia Post develop their strategy in the digitalization of postal financial services with a view to strengthening and improving the quality of such services, fostering financial inclusion and promoting payment acceptance for e-commerce so as to meet the needs of small businesses and low-income populations.

In this regard, the UPU is seeking to engage a reputable and experienced consulting firm, or individual consultants in the field of financial inclusion, digital financial services, and digitizing payment service for SME led e-commerce to support Cambodia Post in the development of a DFS strategy.
