RFP for the provision of Institutional Reform - HR assessment to JEDCO, Gaza, Pt.
The main objective of this consultancy is to enhance GEDCO's institutional reform of the electricity sector in Gaza. This will promote the long-term sustainability of Gaza's energy situation. The specific objective of the consultancy is to improve the operations system, mainly the current organizational structure and Human Resources Management systems and practices, particularly the entire recruitment cycle. The assignment will include two tasks as reflected in part two of this TOR.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Interested vendors must respond to this tender using the UNOPS eSourcing system, via the UNGM portal.
