Cleaning and Sanitation of HVAC systems, disinfection of hydraulic loops, and indoor air quality monitoring at FAO HQs

1.1. The Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (hereinafter “FAO” or “Organization”) is seeking to award a contract for the provision of cleaning and sanitation of heat-ventilation-air conditioning (HVAC) systems, disinfection of hydraulic loops and indoor air quality monitoring at FAO headquarters in Rome, Viale delle Terme di Caracalla and at Palazzo Blumenstihl-Zwicky, Via Vittoria Colonna, 1. 1.2. The awarded bidder shall ensure the efficiency, hygiene and safety of all systems. It shall also prevent systems corrosion and the spread of harmful dust particles, pollutants and bacteria, in order to provide comfortable and healthy indoor environment for FAO staff and visitors.
