Description
The Public Information and Outreach Section (PIOS) of the ICC is creating content for its Academic Program, including a series of 15 video lectures in French, and a general 3-minute overview video with 1-minute teaser to be used for the Court’s 20th anniversary, as an introduction to the Court for law students and legal professionals who (do or will) practice in their own national jurisdictions but who wish to have an overview and general understanding of how the ICC works.
PIOS has finalized the 15 scripts, has identified a different speaker for each lecture, and has gathered b-roll footage and graphics. Together with an external company, PIOS has filmed and is in the process of post-production of all 15 lectures in Spanish, which can serve as a model for the style of the French-language version.
In addition to the 15 video lectures, the external vendor will create, with guidance from PIOS, a 1-minute video lecture advertisement to publicize the lecture series and draw students and academics to this new resource.
The detailed specifics will be given under the Request for Proposal document(s) that will be sent to the companies who respond to this EOI.
