UNITED NATIONS CHILDREN#S FUND (UNICEF) Wishes to receive offers for the Provision and
Delivery of Laptops with related accessories (bag, charger, mouse).
IMPORTANT ESSENTIAL INFORMATION
1- The reference IRAQ-ITB-2021-042-9170208 MUST be shown on the subject line of your offer. For
monitoring bid distribution and response, invitees who do not intend to participate in the bid are kindly
requested to reply to the invitation email expressing their unwillingness.
2- THE ITB FORM MUST BE USED WHEN REPLYING TO THIS INVITATION. FAILURE TO
SUBMIT YOUR OFFER IN THE ATTACHED ITB FORM, OR FAILURE TO COMPLETE THE
DETAILS AS REQUESTED, WILL RESULT IN INVALIDATION.

5- : Offers with supporting documents (photos, catalogues, brochures, manuals with detailed

technical offer and all MUST all be emailed through the technical proposal by latest by 12:00 PM local
time on 07.11.2021.
- Offers received after the stipulated date and time and without the supporting documents will be
invalidated

6- Offers are to be submitted through two separate emails:
a- The first email shall be related to the requested documents (technical Proposal).
b- while the second email shall consist the financial offer (Financial Proposer).

8-Lead bidder is a legal entity regulated and licensed in Iraq
9- OFFERS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED IN US$. OFFERS RECEIVED IN ANY OTHER
CURRENCY WILL BE INVALIDATED.
10- The Incoterm of this Announcement is DDP, as UNICEF will not be responsible or obligated with
any loading, unloading, clearing, transportation and Tax exemptions.
11- OFFERS SHAOULD BE VALID FOR ONE YEAR
12- THERE IS POSSIBILTY that UNICEF will ask TO PROCURE ADDITIONAL QUANTITIES with
the same terms, conditions and rates of the sent offers that has a validity of a single year(as stated above)
.
