This RFP refers to Provision of services for conducting a baseline crime survey in Ukraine to be implemented within the Programme "Support for Rule of Law in Ukraine in the areas of Police, Public Prosecution and Good Governance [Known as PRAVO, Component 2."

What should we put there if we are not submitted as a Joint Venture/Consortium/Association?Q2: In the Document checklist, References for the Team leader in accordance with the Section II - Schedule of Requirements. (The same is for References for the Key team member). But in the Section II - Schedule of Requirements it is written that we should provide only contacts of the persons who might be contacted as a reference. What to put in this field?Q3: In Section II - Schedule of Requirements mentioned that we should provide at least 3 contracts relevant to this ToR. Translation of previous contracts into English is optional (if the contracts are signed in Ukrainian or Russian). New clarification added: The pri-bid meeting date remains on 16 July 2021 but the time is changed from the initially planned 14:00 to 11:00 AM Kyiv time. The meeting should take no longer than 1 hour.
