Description
The United Nations Office at Geneve (UNOG) wishes to receive expressions of interest for an Invitation to Bid that it intends to launch for the provisioning of Geneva metropolitan area dark fibre services for the UNOG Unified Communications and Connectivity services. We require a solution that includes 24h x 7 proactive and reactive maintenance, monitoring, and support of the fibre infrastructure and all related equipment and tools necessary for providing the dark fibre service to UNOG and propose point to point dark fibers rental services for the Geneva metropolitan links. All point to point links must be single-mode dark fiber. Some of the dark fiber links are in used with coarse wavelength division multiplexing (CWDM). Multiplexers are owned and maintained by UNOG and are outside of the scope of the services expected, but all fiber links should support multiplexing using either CWDM or DWDM (Dense Wavelength Division Multiplexing).
