Framework Agreement for the services Inclusive Digital Economies Advisors for Asia - Home-based with possible travels to countries in Asia,

UNCDF would like to enter into a non-exclusive Framework Agreement, also known as Long-Term Agreement (LTA), with a roster of consultants that will perform the services described in this TOR on a need-basis.  

The purpose of this consultancy is to contribute to the implementation of UNCDF’s IDE-Regional Strategy for Asia. This LTA requires fluency in English, with demonstrable experience in LDCs in Asia, in particular South East Asia and South Asia as a clear advantage.

Selected consultants are expected to provide advisory services, capacity building and technical assistance interventions.
