New clarification added: Question #2It's mentioned that the vendor is required to convert the current materials to digital format and upload it on the LMS, is there a specific preferred format for these courses (ivode based, text-based, interactive, etc.)?Answer: There is no specific, preferred format for the course content, however they will consist of a combination of video and text and ideally be interactive (interactive module development is part of what we hope to develop with bidders in this RFQ).As per the RFQ section on 'Project phases and services - UNMAS will share existing training content (in Arabic), designs and videos from other EORE activities, which can be used as a basis to understand the messaging used in Syria, but also as part of the training on the material that will be used by the Facilitators. The bidder is expected to develop its own learning designs throughout the course, based on the methodology selected to ensure the product fits the RFQ’s requirements. Question #3Are these courses required to be created in Arabic only?Answer: No, as stated in the RFP 'Technical Specifications for Services': Languages: the application must be available both in English (...) and in Arabic (Syrian dialect).Question #4What is the required duration for the platform subscription access?Answer: We would propose subscription access to be 12-months renewable.Question #5Is there any face-to-face training required as part of this RFP? Answer: No, The RFQ is purely serving the purpose of developing an online training platform / online course. As per the RFP 'Technical Specifications for Services - Content: Certificates will be delivered by UNMAS directly, upon completion of a face-to-face evaluation after completing the online course, during which the participants will be evaluated on their ability to plan, prepare, deliver and monitor a quality EORE session or EO awareness sessions for humanitarian workers. All of this should be explained in the e-learning platform.
