Access to Investment Promotion Database

Dear ladies and gentlemen,

UNDP Sub Office in Ukraine invites your organization/firm to apply for the tender for:  

“RFQ RDASP/2011/004 Access to Investment Promotion Database”

Your bid must include:

-     Information about the Supplier (Annex 1)

-     The company’s profile:

a)      Human resources & network of specialists (CV’s of specialists/support team)

b)      Description of process and frequency of database update

c)      Amount of entries to database on Investment Projects

d)      Amount of countries covered by database

e)      Description of key functionality of database

f)        Description of search engine

-     Price schedule

-     Proposal validity (60 days min)

-     All prices to be indicated in USD

Proposal evaluation criteria:

-     Conformity to the rules of bid submission

-     Conformity to the requirements stated in the Specification (see Annex 2)

-     Lowest assessed value

-     Terms and conditions of the delivery of goods/services

Please, submit your bids until 18-00, 23 May 2011 to the e-mail procurement@undp.crimea.ua , by fax (0652) 248-011, or in sealed envelopes with the Sender specified to the address: 9 Plotinnaya St., 4th floor, Simferopol, Ukraine. Proposals must be sent with a note “RFQ RDASP/2011/004 Access to Investment Promotion Database” (in the message subject / on the envelope).
