Description
The objective of this ITB is to identify Service Providers with whom UNOPS Geneva can establish a Contract for Professional Services to provide teleradiology services to TB REACH, Stop TB Partnership. The ITB is composed of 5 Lots as described in the table below:
  • Lot 1: Radiology Report based on Africa Region (AFR)
  • Lot 2: Radiology Report based on Americas Region (AMR)
  • Lot 3: Radiology Report based on South-East Asian Region (SEAR)
  • Lot 4: Radiology Report based on European Region (EUR)
  • Lot 5: Radiology Report based on Eastern Mediterranean Region (EMR)
Suppliers are invited to provide an offer for one or several Lots that they qualify for. The respective bid(s) should each include the relevant technical, financial, and logistic information by individual submission of the Returnable Bidding Forms for each of the lots that the submission is being made for. Offers will be evaluated and awarded by individual Lot against defined criteria.

Based on the results of this competitive bidding exercise, UNOPS intends to enter into a Contract for Professional Services with the successful Bidder(s) for the supply of the specified services in support of UNOPS’ operations. In the event of UNOPS signing a Contract for Professional Services the following shall apply:
  • Multiple vendor awards 
  • Cost-reimbursement contract with an estimated ceiling (not to exceed) amount
NOTE: Interested vendors must respond to this tender using the UNOPS eSourcing system, via the UNGM portal.
