Please find attached Amendment No. 5 for extending the bid submission deadline from 03 May 2021 until 07 May 2021 and revision made to “Section 3. Bid Data Sheet, BDS No. 16” within the context of subject ITB issued on 10 March 2021 for “Procurement of Business Process Management (BPM) Software” within the context of “Employment and Skills Development Project”.

You are kindly requested to prepare and submit your Bids in response to our subject ITB with the consideration of these amendments, whereas all other clauses of the ITB, except as amended herein, remaining valid.

Please make sure that your bids are submitted through e-tendering on or before 07 May 2021, 07:00 am (EST/EDT New York Time), as indicated in the e-tendering system.
